Roasted Pumpkin with Rosemary, Sea Salt & Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pumpkin
  • Rosemary Sprigs
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Sunflower Seeds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan forced
  2. Roughly chop the pumpkin and coat in olive oil, salt, rosemary and sunflower seeds
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until pumpkin is soft.

This pumpkin is so delicious by itself or great as a side dish, in a salad or to serve alongside whatever you please. So incredibly moreish :)
