Steamed Artichoke with Lemon, Thyme & Mustard Butter

Ingredients

  • Whole Artichokes
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. Thyme
  • 1 Tsp. Wholegrain Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 100g Butter

Cooking Method

  1. Boil Some water and set up your steamer. Steam artichokes whole for approximately 25 minutes or until you can pull the leaves off easily
  2. Add all of your ingredients for the butter sauce into a small saucepan and melt the butter as you bring to the boil (salt and pepper to taste), then pour into a bowl for serving
  3. Serve Hot and enjoy by pulling off the leaves and dipping it into the butter sauce!
