Dill & Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 200g. Smoked Salmon, 150g Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Bunch Dill, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. In a food processor combine your cream cheese, water and 150g of your chopped smoked salmon and process until nicely combined
  2. Remove the mixture from the processor into a bowl and mix in the fresh dill and a pinch of salt and pepper
  3. For the final step tear up the remaining 50g. of smoked salmon into pieces and mix through the dip to add a nice texture.
