Papaya, Feijoa, Chia Seed & Miellerie Honey Breakfast Bowl
- Plain Organic Yoghurt
- Chia Seeds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Sliced Toasted Almonds
This is such an easy and delicious breakfast and can be altered with any fruit, nuts and seeds. Simply chop up your papaya, spoon out the inside of the feijoa's as you cannot eat the skins, add your yoghurt, nuts and seeds and drizzle with a good quality honey.
Miellerie Honey which I have used here is made in Tasmania by a good friend of my dad's, Yves Ginat and is by far the most incredibly delicious honey I have ever tasted- highly recommended to try!
