Mixed Tomatoes, Basil & Ricotta on Toasted Sourdough

- Olive Oil
- Sourdough Bread
Cut up different coloured tomatoes in all different shapes and sizes and put into a bowl, dress with olive oil, salt and pepper and mix together until nicely dressed.
Toast your bread and smear a generous amount of ricotta onto your toast and top with the tomatoes, thyme and basil. So simple and tasty!
