Bacon & Avocado Open Sandwich with Sharp Cheddar and Purple Mizuna
- 2 Bacon Rashers
- 1 Avocado
- Handful Purple Mizuna
- 2 Leaves Cos Lettuce
- 6 Slices Sharp Cheddar
- 2 Slices Bread (your choice)
- Fry up your bacon and set aside for your sandwich. Cook your toast and spread half of your avocado on the toast.
- Layer the rest of your ingredients until you have none left! Easy and delicious for breakfast or lunch.
