Simple Omelette with Feta & Fresh Herbs
- 2 Eggs
- Dash of Milk
- Feta Cheese
- Whisk your eggs together with a dash of milk and add salt and pepper.
- Heat up your frying pan with some oil and bring up to temperature, add your egg mixture and reduce heat to a very low temperature. Place a lid over your frying pan to help the top of your omelette cook.
- Serve up with roughly chopped fresh herbs and crumbled feta. Simple and delicious!
Sometimes its nice to have a light breakfast with no heavy breads, its quick and simple and still satisfying but a nice and light start to the day.
