Lemon & Thyme Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Stirfried Vegies

Ingredients

  • Handful Thyme Sprigs
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1kg Drumsticks
  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced. In a baking tray place your chicken drumsticks and coat them in olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Roughly cut up your lemons and put into the baking dish along with the thyme sprigs and mix everything together to marinate.
  3. Cook for 45 minutes and serve with stir fried vegies or a salad.
