Lemon & Thyme Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Stirfried Vegies
- Handful Thyme Sprigs
- 2 Lemons
- 1kg Drumsticks
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced. In a baking tray place your chicken drumsticks and coat them in olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Roughly cut up your lemons and put into the baking dish along with the thyme sprigs and mix everything together to marinate.
- Cook for 45 minutes and serve with stir fried vegies or a salad.
