Boiled Eggs & Olive Oil On Toast
- Olive Oil (good quality)
- Salt & Pepper
- Bread of your choice
This recipe was taught to me by an old school friend who's mother was from Chili and I always used to have it when I was around at her house and absolutely loved it, I remembered it the other day and made it and Yum!! .............. Nom Nom Nom Still Love it. So simple and delicious and just something a little bit different to try with your eggs.
- Boil your eggs. Once they are just hard boiled, shell your eggs and roughly mash them up in a bowl.
- Add a decent amount of olive oil and combine, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve up on some toast and garnish with some roughly chopped fresh parsley.
