Sticky Pork Spare Ribs
- 8 Pork Spare Ribs
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup Manis
- 3 tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (garnish)
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, add the ribs and leave to marinate overnight in the fridge if possible.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan forced and cook ribs for 2 1/2 hours. Cover them with aluminium foil halfway through so they do not dry out. Continue to check the ribs throughout the cooking and baste them, turning them once.
- Serve up and garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of sesame oil, dig in- add your choice of side dishes to serve. I had a bowl of delicious stir fried sesame oil vegies with this one.
