Scrambled Eggs with Dill & Smoked Salmon
- Smoked Salmon
- Bread of your choice
- Scramble your eggs together and add a dash of milk with some salt and pepper
- In a pan add butter and bring to medium/ high heat and add your egg mixture
- Do not stir to often, and do not over cook your eggs... you want them to remain nice and moist.
- When they are done mix through chopped fresh dill and small pieces of smoked salmon
- Serve on your choice of toast and enjoy! Absolutely delicious and easy!
