Fried Halloumi, Basil & Lemon Plate
- Fresh Basil
- Red Onion
- Cut your halloumi into large slices and pan fry until golden brown.
- Finely slice up some red onion and zest a generous amount of lemon
- On a plate toss all ingredients together and squeeze a good amount of lemon over the plate.
- Finally drizzle a little bit of olive oil and some black pepper
