Deviled Eggs With Homemade Pickled Red Onion
- Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper
- Pickled Onion
- Boil your eggs, cool and remove from shell. Cut in half lengthways and scoop out all the yolks into a bowl.
- Finely chop thyme, parsley and oregano and add into the yolk mix. Add a decent amount of whole egg mayonnaise and mix through until nice and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill up the egg whites with the yolk mixture and place a sliced pickled onion on top and Enjoy!
