Deviled Eggs With Homemade Pickled Red Onion

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pickled Onion

Cooking Method

  1. Boil your eggs, cool and remove from shell. Cut in half lengthways and scoop out all the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Finely chop thyme, parsley and oregano and add into the yolk mix. Add a decent amount of whole egg mayonnaise and mix through until nice and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fill up the egg whites with the yolk mixture and place a sliced pickled onion on top and Enjoy!
