Smoked Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs & Pork Belly @ Brendon's Backyard

Ingredients

  • Rack of Pork Ribs
  • Beef Ribs
  • Pork Belly
  • BASTING INGREDIENTS (Ribs)
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 4 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Cracked Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce

Of course you dont need all of these ingredients, you can just choose one option but I live in a meat crazed household and the boys got a bit carried away! No complaints though, so delicious!

Cooking Method

  1. Get your smoker going and the coals nice and hot, add your choice of smoking chips
  2. Once the temperature has reached 75-100 add your meat and begin the cooking process, making sure you monitor the heat to keep it low and steady
  3. Baste the ribs every 1/2 hour throughout the whole process, this gives such a delicious sticky coating on the meat
  4. Also be sure to rotate the shelves for an even cooking
  5. Maintain a low steady heat and cook for approximately 5-6 hours or until deliciously sticky and smoky

This is such a great way to spend the weekend outside with amazing smells wafting through the house! We spent the weekend fishing, sunbaking and cooking! Sunday Sessions! Happy Days
