Easy Egg White Omelette
Ingredients
- SERVES 2
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Tomato, Sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion, Sliced
- Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Butter/ Oil
Cooking Method
- Bring a frying pan up to temp and add a little bit of butter/ oil to the pan. Add in your egg whites and turn the stove down to a low heat.
- Let the egg whites begin to cook, then add your tomato and read onion. Add salt and pepper and put a lid on the pan to continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Once the egg whites have set, remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with toast or enjoy on its own.
This omelette is great to use up leftover egg whites that you have from using the yolks in another recipe.
